Willow Foundation provides services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness, housing insecurity and/or food insecurity. Our approach is dedicated to honoring one’s life experiences while focusing on holistic wellbeing.

Visit Us

Our Heartwood Center in Hazleton, Pa. provides meals, resources and other support to members to aid in their journey toward economic independence and self-sufficiency.
