Willow Foundation was created with the purpose of supporting individuals in overcoming barriers to self-sufficiency. When limited access to mental health treatment throughout Luzerne County reached a critical level, Willow Foundation responded by opening a free-standing counseling center in Wilkes-Barre with a focus on treating individuals impacted by a substance use disorder. These confidential counseling services are offered in a warm, welcoming setting.
Additionally, counseling services will soon be made available in Hazelton at the Heartwood Center.
